How in the world is it back-to-school time again? I want to cheer and cry all at the same time! I love summer and I LOVE having all my big kids at home with us, but I also love back to school and everything that comes with it (a schedule, cooler weather, sales!). I am having so much fun with the monthly challenges we have with the Link-Up party “Inspire My Creativity.” This month our theme was “Back-To-School.” As I thought about possible gifts, I came up with one I hope you will love to give! Teachers have a difficult job and are often unrecognized for their efforts. A few years ago I created a Teacher Quotebundle…it includes 12 inspiring quotes that teachers can rotate each month. This gift costs $5 for the digital download (which you can print as many times as you’d like for personal use) and it looks adorable in the 99 cent Ikea Tolsby frame. I print the quotes at Costco or Sam’s Club (around 30 cents per 4×6″ picture/quote) …making this a very affordable teacher gift for all of my kids’ teachers, and also making it easier to add a gift card or school supplies to help out.
Teacher Affirmations Gift Idea
This year after creating my “45 Self-Care Gift Ideas for Women,” I was thinking about how great it would be to make an Affirmations Quotebundle. I found some awesome teacher affirmations from Mrs. D’s Corner here and created some beautiful affirmation pictures that you can give as a teacher gift. I thought teachers could pick an affirmation that speaks to them from the 12 prints, place it in their frame for the month and have it as a daily reminder that they are doing a very important work.
DISCOUNT CODE
Because I love my readers (and I know Back To School costs can add up quickly!) I want to give you a special code to get a Quotebundle for your teacher (whether you like the traditional quotes or the affirmations) for less! Use the code Back2School in my Etsy shop throughout the month of August and get those bundles for 40% off ($3 each!). Remember, you only need to order and download ONE bundle and then you can print it as many times as you’d like for personal use (please don’t print it for others to give as a gift, or send the files electronically to other people).
I’d love to see your Quotebundles in action…if you buy and give one please tag me on your Insta or FB post (#thegiftygirl). There are 12 other QuoteBundles in my Etsy shop with all sorts of topics, you should check those out as well! And don’t forget, while you are out shopping those amazing back to school sales, check out 25 great gift ideas (for all types of people!) that you can make with cheap school supplies!
Now it’s time to see some gift ideas from the other wonderful bloggers in this link-up party. And don’t forget to join us the first Wednesday of each month to see our latest “Inspire My Creativity” ideas and posts. Feel free to add your own Back To School Themed posts below to our link-up party.
