We all have people who are near impossible to buy for. In my family, one of them (sadly I have more than one) is my sister. She has grown-up kids, a beautiful home, and can buy herself whatever she needs. When the recipient is like this, I advise gift giving in one of two areas, either something for a hobby, or something useful (but given in a fun way).
My sister’s birthday is tomorrow and I decided to go for something I know she will use with the holidays coming up.
Then I strung the scissors and tape onto the ribbon and tied it up with a pretty bow.
What it Cost:
This gift cost me $4 per roll of wrapping paper, plus $7 for scissors and tape for a total of $27.
If you wanted to spend a little more on this gift idea, you could add a variety of gift bags, tissue paper and bows. Or you could get one of these awesome gift wrap storage containers. which I now totally want!
Who you should buy this for:
This is a great gift for that friend or family member who has EVERYTHING! It is useful to them and fun too! This would also be a wonderful gift for a co-worker or boss.
I hope this helps check someone off your gift list. What do you think, would you love to unwrap wrapping paper? I would! In fact, my kids wanted to know why I didn’t buy a bunch of wrapping paper for us (perhaps they didn’t like all of the holiday wrapping paper for their fall birthday presents? HAHA!)
